Buy your property safely with our legal advice

Once we have found the property, we will introduce you to a lawyer/solicitor who speaks your language. They will check out that the property you are buying is legal in every respect and debt-free. The lawyer will also attend to the formalities when buying a property in Spain, such as: 

Request for NIE (Identification Number for Foreigners)

Water, electricity and gas meters

Registration of the property under your name in the Spanish Property Registry.

We check everything before handing you the keys

On the day of completion or the day before, we check out that the property conforms to what has been agreed upon (condition of the property, furniture left with the sale, good working of fixtures such as air conditioning, domestic appliances, etc.)

We make your move and maintenance easy

If needed, we can help you with:

Opening a bank account

TV and Internet connection

Subscribing to home insurance.

Contacting contractors for any work (swimming pool, garage, earthworks, etc.). If you are not on the premises, we will monitor the work for you and send you photos.
