Step Inside

The property immediately feels welcoming, with the spacious shaded Naya providing a wonderful transition between the garden and the home. It is a genuinely useful outdoor room — somewhere to enjoy your morning coffee, dine with friends or simply escape the heat of the Spanish summer.

Inside, the accommodation has a bright and contemporary feel following the extensive renovation. The lounge, dining area and kitchen have been brought together to create a spacious open-plan family room, making this the natural heart of the home.

The master bedroom benefits from a long gallery-style walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning, while three further bedrooms provide plenty of flexibility for family, guests or working from home. One of the bedrooms is currently used as a home office.

The family bathroom has been completely modernised, with new plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling and fittings forming part of the renovation.

Importantly, the renovation was not simply cosmetic. The villa was comprehensively renovated from floor to ceiling less than three years ago, providing the peace of mind of a modernised home without losing its character and connection with the surrounding countryside.

Outdoor Living

Outside is where this property really comes into its own.

The generous plot provides a wonderful mixture of established trees, landscaped areas, winding pathways, rockeries, vegetable plots and an established orchard containing a wide variety of fruit trees.

The mature trees towards the front of the property are particularly valuable during the summer months, providing extensive natural shade and creating a wonderfully peaceful environment.

There are several areas in which to sit and relax, including a shaded gazebo with a jacuzzi, while carefully positioned areas of artificial grass add a fresh, green appearance without the maintenance demands of a traditional lawn.

There are also two useful storage rooms near the entrance to the property, together with a separate approximately 30m² room offering considerable potential for future use.

The Swimming Pool — An Opportunity to Create Something Special

The natural character of the plot also lends itself to a different approach to swimming pool design.

Due to the rocky nature of the land and the mature trees towards the front of the property, installing a conventional in-ground swimming pool in the front garden would be both challenging and potentially disruptive to the established landscaping. The rear of the villa provides a much more practical location for an above-ground pool, allowing the existing trees and gardens at the front to remain largely untouched.

The existing outbuildings could also be adapted to create an attractive pool house and summer kitchen, producing a dedicated entertaining area around the pool.

Our accompanying visual interpretation demonstrates how this could look — transforming the rear of the property into a private swimming and entertaining zone while retaining the mature, established gardens elsewhere.

For a new owner, this represents an opportunity to create a pool area that is designed around the property rather than compromising the character of the existing gardens.

Location — Countryside Without Being Isolated

One of the property's greatest advantages is its location.

Here, you can enjoy the peace and privacy of a countryside setting, with open Spanish landscapes and nature immediately around you, while still being conveniently close to Aspe and Elche.

Aspe provides the everyday amenities, shops, restaurants, cafés and services you need, while Elche offers a much wider choice of shopping, leisure, dining and cultural facilities.

The location also makes it possible to enjoy the coast without committing to living in a busy coastal resort. The beaches of the Costa Blanca, Alicante Airport, major shopping centres and the cities of Alicante and Elche are all within easy driving distance.

It is a home for someone who wants the countryside at their back door — but does not want to be cut off from everything else.

A Home With Potential

This is more than simply a recently renovated country villa. It is a property with space, character and possibilities.

The hard work of renovating the main house has already been completed, while the generous plot and existing outbuildings leave scope for the new owner to put their own stamp on the outside space — potentially creating a private pool, pool house and summer kitchen.

For anyone looking for a peaceful home in the Spanish countryside, but still wanting easy access to towns, the coast, the airport and the wider Costa Blanca, this property deserves a closer look.
